PRIVACY POLICY

Gentleman's Club Barbershop ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This document explains what data we collect when you use the Gentleman's Club mobile app ("the App") and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, date of birth - required to create an account and book appointments.
• Booking data: selected location, barber, date, time, service, additional services.
• Device push token: if you enable notifications, we store your Expo push token to send appointment reminders.
• App language: stored locally and attached to bookings so we can send emails and push notifications in your chosen language.
• Technical data: device type (iOS / Android) and model - used for diagnostics.

2. How We Use the Data

• Create and manage your account.
• Create and store appointment bookings.
• Send booking confirmations and reminders via email and push notifications.
• Maintain a no-show blacklist (internal only, not shared with third parties).
• Improve the app and fix bugs.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use carefully chosen services as the app's infrastructure:

• Supabase (EU, Frankfurt) - authentication and database hosting. supabase.com/privacy
• Resend (EU, Frankfurt) - transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, password resets). resend.com/privacy
• Expo - push notification delivery and build infrastructure. expo.dev/privacy
• Cloudinary - image hosting (logo, salon photos). cloudinary.com/privacy

4. Your Rights

• Access: you can review your data at any time in the Profile section.
• Account deletion: to delete your account and all related data, email aranitovicluka94@gmail.com - we will delete it within 30 days.
• Push notifications: you can turn them off any time in the app (Profile → Notifications) or in your device system settings.
• Complaints: you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete the account, data is removed except for what we are legally required to keep (e.g., service records for tax purposes).

6. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.
